  1. About Spiritualism

The Pioneer Journal

The Pioneer journal is a unique insight into the history of the Spiritualists’ National Union and its pioneers. Created using original researched material all articles and quotes where possible are taken from original sources as published at the time. These online journals will be especially beneficial to those studying for SNU courses, a great way to become more acquainted with the Spiritualists’ National Union and its long history and workers.

All editions of the Pioneer journal are free and individually compiled and researched by Paul J. Gaunt. Paul is the curator and librarian of the Britten Museum & Library located in the Arthur Findlay College. The museum is home to thousands of original documents and historical artifacts associated with Spiritualism and psychic science, a very popular attraction when visiting the college.
