Welcome to the Basic Lyceum Education Course. This course has been designed to cover five main aspects of Lyceum work. By studying this course you are becoming an active Lyceumist. Your Tutor: You will have been assigned a tutor for this course, the details of their name and contact details sent to you by the Course Organiser.
You have a choice of contact with your tutor. You may send your answers either by post (if you choose this option you must enclose with each section a stamped addressed envelope for return to yourself) or you may send your answers via email for those of you with this facility. If you need advice or guidance concerning the course please contact your tutor either by phone or email.
Procedure: First read through the course notes. When you are ready to start the written work, re-read section 1. Write out or type your answers to the questions in this section and send them to your tutor. Please allow a reasonable time for their return as our tutors may be away from home or have other pressing work. When your work and marks have been returned then start on section 2 and follow the same procedure. If you become concerned that your work has not been received please contact your tutor.
