Please note you CANNOT submit a complaint Please outline the main points of your complaint, this should include - 1. Date when the matter complained about occurred. (Your complaint should be made within 1 calendar month of this date or the date when the matter came to your attention) 2. Details of person(s), respondents being complained about. 3. Are the respondents SNU Individual Members, Church Members, SNU committee members or SNUi Members? 4. Details and evidence of the complaint – continue on a separate sheet if necessary and attach any relevant documents
