SNU Certificates - CSNU
CSNU's are awarded in the categories listed below...
A certificate (CSNU) is awarded to SNU Individual members only, who have passed Boards of Assessment and who have proven ability in disciplines awarded. For all certificates, except for healing, the award scheme is administered by the SNU's Training & Awards Committee. All Certificate holders have to pass the minimum SNU education course requirement, shown practical ability in the discipline. The Assessment Boards seek, by interview, oral testing and examination of practical work, to assess the candidate's suitability for a Certificate of Recognition.
All applicants for CSNU's in Speaking and Demonstrating must hold the equivalent award under the Platform Accreditation Scheme (PAS).

CSNU (d) - Demonstration of Evidential Mediumship A Certificate holder must pass the minimum SNU education course requirement, show practical ability and pass Boards of Assessment in demonstrating evidential mediumship.
Minimum SNU Education requirements, SD1 & SD4

CSNU (e) - Lyceum A Certificate holder must pass the minimum SNU education course requirement, show practical ability, and pass Boards of Assessment for Lyceum leadership.
Minimum SNU Education requirements, BLEC & SD3

CSNU (g) - General Administration A Certificate holder must pass the minimum SNU education course requirement, show practical ability, and pass Boards of Assessment for General SNU Administration.
Minimum SNU Education requirements, G1 & G2

CSNU (h) - Spiritualist Healing A Certificate holder must pass the minimum SNU education course requirement, show practical ability, and pass a District Healing Committee Board of Assessment for Spiritualist Healing.
Minimum SNU Education requirements, H1 & H2
Please Note: For the CSNU(h) applicants must also have been a Registered Approved Healer for at least twelve months. |

CSNU (r) - Private Sittings A Certificate holder must demonstrated practical ability and pass Boards of Assessment for mediumship in Private Sittings.
Minimum SNU Education requirements, SD1 & SD4

CSNU (s) - Public Speaking A Certificate holder must demonstrated practical ability and pass Boards of Assessment for Public Speaking, encompassing Spiritualist Philosophy based on the Seven Principles.

CSNU (t) - Tutor A Certificate holder must demonstrate practical ability and pass the Tutor Training Course.

Please note - the SNU Tutor Training Scheme is open to anyone who has the relevant teaching experience and who teaches within the SNU. Students who successfully complete the Course will be given a Letter of Completion and can then go on to apply for CSNUt if they hold an Award in speaking, demonstrating, healing or administration.
