NEC Standing Committees

The SNU Standing Committees organise and carry out specific areas of the Union's activities assigned to them under the Bye-laws and, from time to time, by the President. Chairmen of the Standing Committees are appointed by the officers of the SNU from among persons nominated by the membership. In consultation with the committee chairmen, up to five additional members for each committee may be appointed by the NEC. The President is an ex officio member of each Standing Committee but may delegate this to a Vice-President.
