Publicity and Public Relations Committee

The Publicity and Public Relations (P&PR) committee reports directly to the National Executive Committee (NEC) and its chairman has a seat on the NEC. The P&PR Committee's functions are :-

Publicise and promote the SNU to the media and the public at large.
Respond to publicity.
Encourage good relations with the media, external organisations, government departments, local authorities and other religious organisations.
Prepare and maintain a list of exponents suitable for all aspects of publicity work.
Arrange for specialist training where necessary in connection with publicity work.
Develop and maintain the SNU's website.
Review and monitor the image of the SNU at all levels.

The committee aims to ensure information about the SNU and the religion of Spiritualism is available to all those who seek to find out more. Below is our first online educational video available now to millions of internet users world-wide.

Volunteer On-line Spiritualism Tutors
To all SNU Education and Stansted Hall Tutors, the Publicity & Public Relations Committee are looking for volunteer teachers to help on the SNUI website which will be in a chat-room format.
The Committee are hoping that this will be operational early in the New Year.
