Full Individual Membership
What is the Membership Process?
You initially join the SNU as a 'Provisional Individual Member' for a minimum of 12 months and may remaining so up to 24 months, upon payment of each fee for annual renewal.
During your Provisional Membership period we will help you explore and understand our 7 Principles, our organisation and the important part you can play by asking you to undertake a few simple steps. This enables your application to go forward for entry into 'Full Individual Membership of the SNU' these requirements are explained below:
If you have been an active member of SNU International (SNUi) for a minimum of 2 years, you are not required to go through the Provisional Membership process and may apply directly for 'Full Individual Membership'. The process and requirements are explained below:

Complete an 'Introductory Course in Spiritualism' **

Obtain two sponsors signatures from SNU Full Members, one of which is in your SNU District.

After 12 months or up to 24 months, meet with your District Representatives and submit your application for Full Membership.
UK Applicants entry into Full Membership:
These courses are held by your local Churches/Centres or SNU District Council.
OR
You may chose to complete the B1 'Basic Spiritualism' home study course as an alternative to attending the Introductory Course.
(** There is exemption from attending the 'Introductory Course in Spiritualism' if you have already completed either of the SNU Education Courses B1 or SD1 at Grade A/B.)
Complete an 'Introductory in Spiritualism' **

Obtain two sponsors signatures from SNU Full Members or people considered of standing in your community.

After 12 months or up to 24 months, contact will be made by our Overseas Representatives/Head Office when you submit your application for Full Membership.
Non-UK Applicants entry into Full Membership:

You may chose to complete the B1 'Basic Spiritualism' home study course as an alternative to attending the Introductory Course.
(** There is exemption from attending the 'Introductory Course in Spiritualism' if you have already completed either of the SNU Education Courses B1 or SD1 at Grade A/B.)
2 Year SNUi Member Application into Full Membership
SNU International (SNUi) members with a minimum of 2 years of SNUi Membership are invited to join directly as Individual Full Members of the SNU.
Please note:
SNUi Members with less than two years membership must apply through either the standard UK or Non-UK Provisional Membership Applications explained above.
How do you apply?
Qualifying SNUi Members Worldwide can apply by Postal Application only at this time.
What else do I need to qualify when you applying?
Provided that you have completed the 'Introductory Course in Spiritualism' or SNU Education Course B1 or SD1, your application will be sponsored by the SNUi Committee.
Overseas Members: Submit the completed and sponsored application form to our Head Office, this will be validated by the SNU Overseas Members representative. When your membership and administration fees are paid, processed and validated. You may then be accepted into Full Membership of the SNU.
UK Members: All types of UK Members applicants are required to attend an interview with the District Council Executive Committee as the final stage of the application after which, if recommended, your membership and administration fees are paid, processed and validated. You can then be accepted into Full Membership of the SNU.
The 'Introductory Course in Spiritualism' must be completed before you make an application as a 2 Year+ SNUi Member. If you need to complete the course see the information below.
