The Trust Property Co-ordinator is employed by the SNU as an experienced consultant who gives advice and practical support to SNU churches on a variety of church buildings and land related issues. He can provide churches with finance or legal advice and advice regarding major repair works to be done.

The Trust Property Co-ordinator will support SNU churches who are in sole, joint or appointing trust with the SNU and advise on property in the Union's absolute ownership. He is assisted by Sandra Fellows, who can provide TPC information packs and help with some TPC matters.
 
  • Maintain a register of property in trust with the SNU.
  • Ensure the safe custody of all trust deeds, title deeds and records of property.
  • Deals with the purchase or sale of property.
  • Appraises applications by churches for loans, grants or other financial assistance.
  • Appoints qualified persons to the National Panel of Trustees and Wardens
  • Approves the appointment of trustees
  • Receives and checks the trust property reports from churches, trustees and wardens.
